Code Enforcement is responsible for enforcing County Codes and Ordinances, in an effort to maintain aesthetic, quality and safety issues of concern to the community .

Code Enforcement responds to complaints involving County Code and Ordinances violations and works with the violator to correct the problem.

The Code Enforcement Board meets once a month to discuss issues concerning the violation of Codes and Ordinances within Columbia County.
